Wonder I have just had a look at the website also, eye fillet is under the first drop down box above rump steak. You can choose either eye fillet + porterhouse, or T-bone (as eye fillet and porterhouse both come from a T-bone you have to choose either.)

Main Dishes / Re: Quick Spanish Beef/Savoury Mince/Savoury Rice

I am going to make this today for my dad. I think he will love it. I wonder if lamb mince would work just aswell, as he was recently reminiscing about the good old days growing up on a sheep farm having savoury lambs mince quite often.

Welcome to the forum.  Once important thing that sold me on the TM is that I know people who have had their machine for 28 years.  I don't know of another machine that keeps going for so long.   Goodluck with your decision!!!
Wow that is amazing! Is that in Europe somewhere?

Main Dishes / Re: Chicken Fajitas
« on: July 19, 2012, 12:50:34 pm »
I made this dish last night. I actually had my own Burrito Seasoning Mix which essentially had the same things as the Fajita Seasoning here, but mixed it with the teriyaki sauce etc mix. I was surprised how good it tasted and how well the teriyaki mixed in with the mexican flavours. Will definitely be a regular in our household.  :)
Next time I am going to try coating the chicken (after marinating) in crumbled cornflakes, to give it that crispy/crunchy texture.

Recipe Book Recipe Reviews / Re: EDC Mushroom Risotto (tweaked)
« on: July 19, 2012, 12:44:33 pm »
I tweaked the original EDC recipe by steaming chicken and asparagus pieces in the Varoma whilst the rice was cooking underneath (as per mcmich's suggestion) and then stirred it though at the end. Delicious.

When I make chicken and asparagus risotto. I steam the chicken and asparagus in the varoma while the rice is cooking and just add it at the end.
Thanks for this suggestion mcmich, I tried this the other night and it was delicious. I used the EDC recipe with the mushrooms, then added in the steamed chicken and asparagus at the end. Yum  :D

The recipe in the EDC just states 'white rice' so would long grain be ok or does it need to be short grain?  ???

That is interesting that Malaysia might be cheaper than Bali, I always thought Bali would be the cheapest. You will have to keep us posted-I am getting holiday envy now :D :D :D

That's a good idea increasing meatballs but not sauce, I will have to try that next time.
