Pulled pork and cider rolls Review

The flavour in the pork was nice, however, the texture was a bit tuna-ish. After the first stage of meat cooking, I would reserve the meat in a thermoserver, cook down the portion of the sauce for the required time, and then shred the pork on reverse.

The bap rolls were perfect, and the apple sauce was nice too, however did need more cooking than the recipe stated.

44 Mixed berry pavlova stack

Not sure if this is the correct place for reviews, but I made this and it turned out fairly well. The meringue ended up tasting too much of cornflour, I would definitely reduce the cornflour down to a couple of teaspoons, not 2 TBS as the recipe calls for.

Made these today with dates and cinnamon mixed into the dough, and raw sugar sprinkled on top. Delicious! Need to order some freeze dried blueberries to make a blueberry flavour.

I have this book - I'll have to try this recipe! The chickpea and lentil soup recipe is fabulous.,, it's the first one. I add chicken thigh fillets.

Brings back childhood memories! My dad used to make these.

Mine was a complete rock hard fail that tastes oily. I used agar powder not flakes, but reduced the quantity as per the book.

Yummy. Too much cayenne for out tastes though.

This was nice and made two thermoserver a full. Eggs were a pain to cook evenly in the varoma though.

We didn't like this. It also took a lot longer to cook than the recipe stated. Won't make again.

I used the tmx for the mixing, but cooked it in a casserole dish in the oven. I used 5 green chillies and doubled the chilli powder, and it has the perfect amount of heat in it. Beautiful flavours. Will make again.

I made this months ago and it was beautiful - just made it again and it's all oily, like the butter has separated? It's a bit grainy too.. Any ideas?
