JulieO, if you are still getting Bill Grainger's 'Easy' cookbook, I made the low fat Butter Chicken (fabulous) and the pork chops stuffed with sage and proscuitto.  My meat loving son said it was just the best.  Both definitely 'easy' and will be made again and again.  Now that's 3 recipes from one cookbook - bargain!!!!

Kezza, they are also on my list.  Yes I did get it, there's so much I want to make from it.  Last night we had parmesan crusted pork with romesco sauce, thoroughly enjoyed it.  :D

I'm glad this thread popped up, it reminded me that I tried a sweet and sour recipe from here last night. I will have to go and review it. No photo because it looked like...something you wouldn't want to eat! :o
