That's a great tip Cuilidh. I've never tried this sauce as we are now dairy free for the sake of,little miss 4, I shall try it with the cashew cream. Thanks.

Made this again last week and had some sauce left over so DH decided to boil up some pasta, add some broccoli and make a meal of it (because I was out I didn't get to taste it, but he had a very satisfied smile on his face as he told me about it later).

Very rarely, Judy, although he is a much better cook than I am, but he works c. 12 hours per day, pretty well 7 days a week so he is usually fairly tired when it comes time for eating so he just digs in to anything I put in front of him.
