Yes. Apparently Voerwok (?) want to come into the Asian region so they have sold up. Grace and her DD will be leaving but they said their DH’s will stay with the company.

Something a bit odd there. Australian and NZ are already part of the Asia region. Maybe they don’t want to set up in Indonesia, China etc. Hard work, been there done that.
I’ve had professional jam labels printed and they are a pleasure to use. Look much better than the ones I was printing myself. I also ordered sone small gift bags from Amazon. It’s nicer to give the preserves in a bag, rather than hand over a jar. I don’t expect or want any payment for the preserves but people do give me stuff. Yesterday I was given a Miki ticket, a very large bag of lemons  and the Eye Specialist filled the gift bag with dry eye drops samples.

WOW, want to try a taste sensation? Wilson’s had my favourite French cheese on sale. It’s normally over $100 a kilo. Today it was $70. d’Affinois. This topped with marinated white anchovies is amazing. Top a toasted thin slice of SD bread or a plain square cracker with the cheese and top this with several of the small anchovies. Be warned it is a strong flavour sensation.

To celebrate the forum being back I thought I would post this YouTube link to make everyone smile - hopefully I haven't already posted this, but if I have it was a long time ago.  I watch it every now and again because it always makes me laugh.  Make sure you have the sound on : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAssPedIdbk

Thanks Marina, that really is funny.
I’ve finally got the Solar panels switched on and am looking at what appliances use the most electricity. The TMX , so far is the top consumer. But under normal circumstances we only use it for a short time. However when I make jam, it is in constant use for 1 hour at a time. I’ll make sure that I make jam when the sun is shining.

You couldn’t watch that and not laugh, it certainly affected me and I was nowhere near that fire 😁.
Good one Marina.

Thanks Marina, how embarrassing for him. How  hilarious though.
There is nothing like a good laugh.
DD did an introduction to her place of work with another professional last week, she said it’s pretty dry, so she tried to lighten it up a bit. She was shocked that the person seemed to have no sense of humour at all. DD said that the person may not last as, like all jobs, there is a bit of black humour gets them by at times. Hopefully they were just nervous.
