Mab, hope all goes well at the hospital and you get some answers.
Nice and cool again. Cleaner coming today. Putting away Xmas Decorations. Sort through new cooking books and decide what new recipes I might try.

Mab hopefully there will be some new, good news for you.
Poor things with the heat. It's been warm here and I thought it was going to be cool today, but it is 32 now at 11am. I have book club tonight so I will take some leftover casserole out of the freezer and turn it into a pie to have with veggies.

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts.  The Barrium Swallow went well and I did manage to keep most of the drink, but it didn't show anything that we didn't already know.  They were just checking to see if anything had changed.   One lot of x-rays was done while I was laying down and I had to swallow a cup of water through a straw, not easily done, and I managed to spill it all over myself and the bed.  Now it is just wait and see what the doctors decide what to do.

Well, our holiday is coming to an end so today was floor washing day and washing washing day.  Tomorrow is a final tidy then away back to harsh reality

I went to the podiatrist this morning and then did my grocery shopping. I can't get over prices! The podiatrist has gone up $10, coffee is now $32.50 a jar ( i have stocked up previously) and I can't buy eggs or grapes. Sorry for the whinge - I just get shocked each week.

Supermarket shopping this morning.  Once again a lot of the shelves were empty but I did manage to get some eggs this week.

Minding my neighbours boys. Another neighbour is teaching them some soccer tricks at the Soccer park.

I think I did too much today as my back is giving me curry tonight.  Heavy gym session then swept paths and tidied DD’s agapanthus patch before going onto Bunnings for some plants for my garden. Made some tomato soup then later in the day planted out the 6 shrubs and 2 punnets of petunias. During the afternoon I also did general tidying and cutting back in the garden.

Back to Gym today. I’ve been enjoying sitting and eating out in my garden room. The boys and I cooked hamburgers and ate them outside. They loved it.

Waking up to another warm day ! Will have to do some shopping today . DS away for the weekend. DH off to appointment. The house has been full for a week , so I’ll miss DD who has finery recovered from jet lag and a lurgy or just run down . Sleep was the answer and food . DS DH are so tired! From work and the firers , actually DH is very tired. So hopefully tomorrow DH has a quieter day . Well I ended up doing the shopping and went for a quote re my car tyres and now I have thankfully four new tyres . Not expecting that but oh how the car drives do much better . Big day but worthwhile. Off to a community blaze aid bbq and so pleased to be home now .

A very quiet morning then DGF and I went for a swim in local pool . So refreshing in-fact it made me cold . Felt so much better . Home to get dinner organised for DH and I .
