GF I think we should award you "The chief Bumper" award. You are finding so many lovely recipes that many of us have forgotten.

Thanks, Cookie!! ;D ;D accepted with pleasure!!! Lol. But you're right... There are just so many " buried treasures" in the forum's distant past .. it'd be very sad if they were forgotten....

I made this loaf yesterday and there is not much left to show for it! DH especially loves it and wants it to be a regular. I didn't have quite enough cranberries, but just used what I had (90g), and pretty happy with that quantity.

I will make again as soon as I have been to the bulk food store for more berries!

This looks delicious. If only DH didn't think that I belong in bed tonight.

I made this yesterday I added the orange juice with the water and grated rind from two small blood oranges, only used 80g Cranberries and 50 of chopped walnuts , at Chookies suggestion I increased the water to 230g and yeast to 10g .  Turned out very nice.  Lovely toasted.

Thanks for this recipe from me, too.  I'm going to try using up the liquor from the EDC Orange Almond Cake in the bread.

I can't remember ever seeing this and it's from so long ago.  I'll give this one a go when things settle down here, I think DH would like it.  Great bump Cookie.   :D
