Thermomix Head office are also running a 'back to basics' class in Floreat on 15 October......Cost is $10 per head.  I went to the one in Malaga a couple of months ago...they made a dip, a salad, soup, sorbet, pizza, meatloaf with tomato sauce, custard and had premade a torta corprese.....I believe that they do different dishes in other classes so Im hoping for something different again this time.  I guess they do tend to stick to things out of the recipe book but always handy to see things being made in front of you
Details are on the website

It will probably be very similar each time - sorbet, soup, dip, salad, custard.  I went to one here in Melb and was told they are always pretty much the same.

You are lucky with the "advanced" classes - we need Tenina to push for more advanced classes.  Nico Moretti did a tour of Oz last year demonstrating some more advanced recipes.

In the UK there are some interesting sounding classes - but I see there are limited places.
