Welcome Thermonator. You will get plenty of ideas here. What have you been making in your TMX up to now?

Welcome!   :) - TMX seems to be making it's mark on the North. Heard you had 12 inches of rain in one day! Did you get flooded?

Welcome Thermonator - love the name!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
