Yesterday I made a basic choc chip biscuits, but I left the choc chips out and put almond slivers in and about 15g of freeze dried raspberry powder. They are very nice.

What sacrilege Cookie ... leaving chocolate out of anything!!   Actually, that mix you made sounds really nice, I must remember it.

Made a large pot of Spag Bol, also Lemon, carrot and Whiskey Marmalade. I think thinned down, would make a nice sauce for roast lamb. Pancakes?

I made another two batches of shortbread today.  One was Grandma's Shortbread from Cookidoo and a recipe from RTE.  Both were nice but next time I will just roll the RTE one out and cut out shapes rather than roll it and try and lift it into a tray.   These are now in the freezer for my GC

I bought some two tone icing when I was shopping. I made some cupcakes to try it on. Tenina has an ebook 10 things to make for Christmas so I used the recipe in there. They are very light and tasty.

I made "Something" for dinner - I have no idea what it was, just clearing scraps of veges and bits and pieces from the larder - we are both still alive and kicking so it wasn't too bad!
