Perfect comfort food Denise.
I’m thawing out some prawns for tea tonight athough 41 degrees is too hot to even be eating.

Pizza tonight. . In this weather I don't have to make the bases until fairly late in the afternoon.

We're having Chicken Tikka Masala. Whilst chopping up the chicken thigh fillets I found one hadn't been boned out. I quickly de-boned it and carried on. Serving the curry with steamed rice.

I cooked a leg of lamb in the easy cooker yesterday and had cold roast lamb with salad.   I put the easy cooker in the laundry to keep the kitchen cool.

I pulled sausages out of the freezer. I'll probably grill them and add something tasty to go with them ;D

Still looking for some inspiration with my TMX. I really did intend to do something with the beef mince. I did cook it but on the stove top.  If I don't use it in the next couple of weeks, it will go. In the last 6 months I've made 1 risotto in it. I have 2 days off and will see how it goes. No motivation to use it really or to cook.

Chinese Flair and mashed potato from the freezer tonight and some drumsticks thawing out in the fridge for a SC meal tomorrow night. Gradually working through the freezers but still can’t see too many gaps!
