What's for Dinner Tonight?

The family chicken galette from Cookido last night, the left overs will be eaten tonight.  This was a rather time consuming recipe.

It certainly is. It usually does us for 2 meals with leftovers.

The biggest bowl of pumpkin soup I could find, with toast

We had Chilli Con Carne made with beef pieces.

Sweet and Sour Chicken with fried rice.

We are having roast beef, veggies and gravy with roasted Brussel sprouts.

Cookie's Bacon & Cheese Impossible Pie with baby roast potatoes & a mix of vegetable oddments.  Now DS is away we have lots of left overs.

Shepherd's Pie again. I'm lacking inspiration.

We had an upside down quiche with ham, onion and grated zucchini.

Silverside cooked in the SC in ginger beer with mashed potatoes, carrots & stir fried cabbage.

I e never cooked  my silverside in Ginger Beer. I’ve been told it’s very nice.
We are having Skinnymixer’s Butter Chicken tonight. I usually don’t have much success with her recipes. Here’s hoping this goes well.

Cookie with all Skinnymixers recipes I always use fresh ingredients , there is always a lot of sauce which once I’ve done the recipe once I’ll add extra meat .
Just eggs on a brioche bun avacardo and tiny tomatoes.

Cookie, we like the flavour of the silverside cooked in ginger beer, I also add some cloves & onion and this time I put a piece of old stem ginger in as well.
 Left overs tonight.
