We had Cheesy Cauliflower soup and Katie’s Cheese and Chilli bread toasted with it.

We had Salmon and vegetables tonight. I ended up having yougurt as my meal wouldn't stay down so I will have mine for lunch tomorrow.

Enchilada meatball bake , green rice and cowboy caviar !! All from Dinners 2  ! Skinnymixers book arrived today , so I decided to fill DH up .. for days !

Found a small tub of bolognaise sauce with added veggies in the freezer so I added it to canned tomato soup, it blitzed up nice and smooth and was delicious - 2 more serves for the weekend.  A friend brought French pastries for afternoon tea, I saved mine for later. Made a half batch of egg custard and blitzed the apple pastry in at the end, yum. Plenty left over.

It makes all the difference cookie, don’t know why I hadn’t thought to do it sooner. I think it took Margaret’s story to turn the lightbulb on!

So true Marina. We had a slow cooked piece of beef, which was shredded, then pumpkin boiled in the juice from the slow cooker. It was all mixed together with pasta. It was surprisingly nice.
