Sausages and mash with green beans and corn for DH, left over spaghetti bol for DS, and pureed something for me.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I cooked Barramundi & Potato pie last night https://www.womensweeklyfood.com.au/recipe/dinner/barramundi-and-potato-pie-1847/ for dinner last night. Instead of mash I did a layer of pre-cooked potato slices on the top to comply with my guest’s dietary restrictions. It went down very well, I even had some.
For dessert we had Chookie’s Queen of Puddings with a stewed strawberry layer which was another winner.

Judy, sounds very nice.
Made a very interesting spaghetti meat sauce. Based on Italian sausages. All in pot together and cooked for 1 hour. Mashed in TMX. No browning!! I’ll see what the visitors think tonight.
