Flat chicken with lemon rosemary garlic on a bed of carrots celery ginger. Hassell back potatoes with duck fat and greens . Cheat Aldi chocolate hazelnut log , a Christmas dessert apparently but we think it’s too good to wait .

BBQ lamb chops, creamed silver beet & spinach from the garden, grilled tomatoes & home made chips. Protein drink for me.

Leftover take home Lamb pizza from lunch yesterday. This was delicious but the largest pizza I’ve been served. Pawpaw.

Chunky Bolognese pasta ! Used up bits of sauce and tinned cherry tomatoes. Very tasty . All the family together, just a little longer and it will be just me for dinner and paddock meals !!

Roast lamb with roast vegetables & mixed greens.  I will puree my meat and mash the veggies. Mango Fluff for dessert.

Tonight we enjoyed a shared meal at the Hotel. Grilled scallops, fried calamari and grilled asparagus. We shared a small Passionfruit sponge.
