We had seafood pancakes last night and tonight is a smoked salmon fried rice.

Still cooking up a storm ladies, love seeing what you all come up with. The food in the Celebrity Solstice was pretty good - buffet meals suit us both and breakfast was the best for me, lunchtime I could always find something but dinner was the hardest. Their 2 soups of the day for lunch and dinner were often too spicy for me, I’d never heard of some of the choices they had. Weight stayed the same which is good  as I had no Sustagen for the whole 15 nights.

Bolognese risotto ! I call this beef risotto but I used lamb mince this time and some very good vegetable pasta sauce . In fact I doubled the mince . Very tasty .
