I went natural today and used fresh turmeric root for the eggs  ;):

The eggs look wonderful and I adore the chooks home.

CP63, when we were in Singapore a couple of years ago DD bought a mould to make square boiled eggs. You boil the egg and peel it while it is hot, then put it in the mould and being warm it goes into the shape easily. Leave it to cool and hey presto, square hard boiled eggs.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
