Welcome to the forum. I was a bit like you, I was very busy at work when I first got it, so it was not used very much at all. However, once I got on to this forum the members were just lovely and really motivated me. It is a bit hard at first, but it gets much easier the more you do it. I made butter today - it was so easy and just divine, and I have got these yummy chocolate fondants in the oven right now.
If you like Indian food, the Butter Chicken on this forum is fantastic, so definitely worth a try. Best of luck with it all.
