ROFLOL!!!   :D :D :D ;)

Yes - it is a bit of a funny name for a town - but they get weirder... ha ha ha

See there is a class scheduled for May 9th - good luck !!   :-* :-* ;D ;D  Is this the first of many for Wang and the North-East?

Thank you Thermomixer.  I've only just found this 'topic' I hope it is the start of many!  We have many customers from around the area but as you can imagine fairly wide spread.  So Wangaratta is geographically the central spot.  I'm pretty excited about it.  Its amazing how many people it brings out of the wood work!  Just discovered one lady that I work with that has been wanting to see a Thermomix for a long time and discovered that she had a consultant working with her LOL!!! ;) :D

So if anyone knows someone in North East Victoria that you think would be interested in seeing the Thermomix please give me a call and we can book them in 0418367836.

Cheerio!

Anyone from the old winery (no names) going?  How about the various restaurants up the valley - worth sending some info?  Pizzinis, King River Cafe etc??  Beechworth cafes/restaurants?

Thanks guys.   I'm pretty VERY excited about it!!  12 months ago, there were no consultants (that I know of) servicing the country area and I drove to Melbourne to see the TM, however couldn't access Delivery Demos etc.  Which is a bit part why I became a consultant - to offer that to country customers.

Thermomixer, have a couple of people coming from Brown Brothers (there - i said it! LOL) but a few have pulled out.  :-X :'( >:(
Trying to get a few restaurants and cafes in - but to be honest forgot about the poor old King Valley - might head up there tomorrow afternoon - and what perfect weather we have for that  ;) ;D ;D

Anyway, have a few K's to do over the next couple of days to drum up some business and some prep work to do too.

Wish you all the luck in the world I Love Bimby - that's a great thing you are doing for country areas.  Maybe the people from Brown Bros will bring along a few bottles of wine to accompany the lovely meal you are going to cook them.  My favourite is their Crouchen Riesling.

Thanks Judydawn.
Yes - or perhaps I could clean out my wine collection as an incentive to draw more people - lol!!
My collection keeps growing... and I don't drink that much these days... Need some good Thermomix buddies around here to have some dinner parties with  ;D :D
Crouchen Riesling is huge for us!  (putting my BB hat on now) have you tried Moscato or Zibibbo?  My lips are sealed but watch the shelves later in the year  ;)

Have seen the Moscato advertised but on asking around, no-one I know has tried it yet.  Looks like I will have to be the first to do so - I think I read it is a sweet wine which is all I drink and did I read it was pink?  Haven't seen or heard of the other one.  I have a friend coming to stay for DH's 60th in June and was going to get some nice bottles in - DD doesn't drink at all these days and it will be nice to have someone to share a bottle with me. A good time to try both of these BB ones you mentioned.  Thanks a lot for that info.

They are great wines especially for summer -LOW alcohol - great to finish the meal with a glass of these.  Be the first on your street.  I think that the Moscato is one of the biggest sellers in Oz??

I think Crouchen is still No.1 - just but Moscato is hot on it's heels.

The low alcohol sweeter style wines are huge for us, and thankfully make wine much more accessible to a broarder range of paletes.

So we have Cienna, Dolcetto & Syrah, Moscato, Moscato Rosa (pink), Zibibbo and Zibibbo Rosa in the "spritzig"/"fizzante"/fizzy styles. Very yummy and very easy to drink.

Thermomixer - just had a 2002 Limited Release Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay last night - very nice and rich!  Pity I'm not allowed the cheese with it  :'( :-X
